We want you to feel confident trying Dorme.

30-Night Comfort Guarantee

Dorme offers a 30-night comfort guarantee on eligible pillow purchases.

If your Dorme product is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging where possible

  • Items must not be damaged, heavily marked, misused, or returned in an unsanitary condition

For hygiene reasons, some products such as sleep masks, pillowcases, and accessories must be unused and in their original packaging unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

How To Start A Return

To request a return, contact us at Support@dorme.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our support team will provide the next steps and the correct return address.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or comfort guarantee returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Dorme will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used sleep masks, pillowcases, or accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Items not purchased directly from Dorme

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
